Client” shall mean and include individuals, associations, company, partnership   institutions, organizations, entities, whether registered or not, who have approached Us through our Site to check or buy our products as displayed on the Site.

User/s” shall mean and include the Person/s who undertakes/ participates and provide Information through Our Site.

 “Site” shall mean and include all the website/s including but not limited to (https://www.LegaVerse.com/) software applications, electronic mails and all other forms of Your communication with LegaVerse whether done through LegaVerse.com or otherwise.

Third Party” shall mean and include any individual, association, body corporate, organization, entities, who are not under the purview of LegaVerse Terms of Use and the Terms mentioned herein under.


This Privacy Policy applies to Information, data / any hard copy/ electronic record that may be collected /shared/ analyzed and/or stored by Us. 

This Privacy Policy shall also be applicable irrespective of whether Site has been accessed/availed through a Third-Party website or directly.


We collect email address from you when you select email during the website visit. This enables us to sync your requirements and assist you on the LegaVerse website. We, at Our discretion shall carry out the aforesaid compliance with any Applicable Law additional rules/policies/statutes with respect to Privacy Policy and such additional compliance shall be made at the sole expense of the respective Client and/or User/s. Any decision on determining the question of sole expense to be borne by whom, shall be at the sole discretion of LegaVerse and such decision shall be final and binding.


Any dispute or claim arising out of this Policy shall be resolved and settled under the relevant provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable rules. Any and all disputes, in respect of which the Adjudicating Officer under the Information Technology Act, 2000 or the Cyber Appellate Tribunal, as the case may be, does not have exclusive jurisdiction, shall be referred to Arbitration. 

In the event any dispute/controversy/claim is referred to arbitration, the proceedings will take place according to the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. A sole Arbitrator shall be appointed upon mutual agreement between us. If there is a difference and lack of consensus on the appointment of a sole arbitrator, then each one of us will nominate one arbitrator, and the two nominated arbitrators shall nominate a third arbitrator by mutual consent to form a three-member arbitral tribunal. The venue for arbitration will be Pune and the medium for arbitration will be English. The cost of arbitration shall be borne equally by us. The award of arbitrator shall be final and binding.


We reserve at Our discretion, the right to modify/amend/alter/update the Privacy Policy, at any time by placing a notice on Our Site.
